Storekeeper - Al Futtaim Motors - Hino Trucks and Material Handling Equipment

Within this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and binning of parts with 100% accuracy as per Goods receipt
- Picking and delivery of parts with 100% accuracy as per delivery note and invoice
- All the warehouse equipment (scanner etc) is maintained and stored in the correct manner
- Proper documentation such as keeping record of invoices, delivery notes Goods receipt etc.
- Conducting physical inventory (stock taking) of the stock
- Maintaining store in line with Toyota 7S - 5S storage Techniques
- Follow kaizen principals in warehouse
- Increase branch score in Customer Engagement and Employee Engagement
- Ensure that all the activity boards in warehouse updated on daily basis work areas comply with
- Ensure that all returnable materials issued e.g. tools, SSTs, manuals etc. are returned back to the store on time. Non-returnable material such as paint and consumables issued is recorded for adjustment against inventory and charging to job cards.
- Carry out regular stock check to ensure good inventory control ; report shortages and damages to Workshop Manager.
- Maintain stationery stocks at appropriate levels placing order in timely manner to ensure continuity.
- Daily monitor oil stock and prepare orders as necessary.

Requirements

- A minimum of 2-3 years experience within spare parts operations.
- Familiarity with safety standards during work for people, machines and material
- Ability to speak, write and read English to deal with supervisors and customers
- PC literate; knowledge of SAP preferred
- You will be undergraduate or holding high school certificate.
