Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible to receive, store and issue supplies and equipment, compile records of supply transactions and verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such;

Major Accountabilities
1. Record accurately deliveries and departmental issues in the stock ledgers and balance sheet. Ensure correct SAP postings must done for the GIN/GRN issuance before the end of the shift or in a real time manner.
2. Match goods received with delivery notes from suppliers.
3. Unload and receive goods from suppliers.
4. Ensure that all goods are immediately dispatched to store for which they are intended and that no goods are left unsecured or unsupervised on the loading bay or anywhere else outside the stores responsibility.
5. Distribute goods to all concerned department pertaining to uniform and other related company provided things. Issue supplies to the various Plant sections according to the requests received while ensuring that the First In, First Out procedure is carried out and minimum stock levels are maintained at all times.
6. Accomplish daily perpetual count and identify/analyze immediately differences and discuss it to the Stores in-charge (Supervisor).
7. Ensure proper stores security is adhered at all time.
8. Ensure stores are kept clean and tidy at all times.
9. Obtain MSDS, TDS and Certificate for all incoming materials such as chemicals, safety equipment, gauges and so forth.

Requirements

- College or University Degree preferably Engineering Course with good oral and writing communication and numerical skills.
- Must have deep understanding in Coca-Cola Operations and spare parts.
- 2 years previous experience in a similar environment.
- Computer literate.
- The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a hands-on and flexible approach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events. Must also pro-active and reliable and will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to details and should possess following competencies:

Salary Offered
300 Omani Riyal approximately
