The RoleThe Role- Oversee & ensure work teams adhere to company policy & correct processes are followed - Take stock inventory & maintain all related records for inventory control & future estimates - Issuing of spare parts from the store under his control - Receive, account & store in the correct locations of all spares - Supervise proper preservation of materials as per requirement - Check materials for deterioration & take preventive measures - Review stock records as to past consumption & requisition items to ensure an adequate supply - Make decisions in developing plans for allocation of space & location of supplies |
RequirementsRequirements- Technical knowledge to handle different types of materials & machineries - Previous 2-3 yrs experience - Ability to use the stores specialized software systems - Physically capable of performing assigned duties - Computer literate - Excellent communication & writing skills in English |
