Water
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.
• Undertake design works, tendering and evaluation of tenders of wet services infrastructure including water supply, wastewater, stormwater, and irrigation systems.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of infrastructure design works to AECOM internal and external clients.
• Undertake and technically review and checks design works of others as directed by the senior Infrastructure engineers.
• Undertake any design progress reporting and liaising with developers or clients to meet their scope objectives.
• Coordinate with peers and managers the projects progress and aspects, ensuring that the project performance is in accordance with their respective scope of services and conditions of contract.
• Undertake any relevant hydraulic design modelling works using our current software's of Water CAD, Sewer CAD, Storm CAD, and Info Works, as directed by Senior Infrastructure engineers and ensure quality of the outputs.
• Provide any reports update to the projects design managers or senior Infrastructure Engineers and project managers including clients when needed.
• Coordinate aspects of projects submittals and deliverables, reviews and approvals against contract requirements. Report and advice on any deviations from the same.
• Undertake any works associated with tender preparations, specifications and standard design works that meet projects objectives.
• Adhere to AECOM Health and Safety and Environment policies.
• Adhere to AECOM quality measures and implement the Project Delivery Format (PDF) in all design works and procedures.
• Assist in the execution, pursuit, assessment and review of future opportunities for project work and consultancy services.
• Assist in providing design advice, reports, and liaison role for all AECOM internal departments.
• Assist the Manager Water engineering when needed.
• Assist in providing marketing support to the Water engineering team and business with current and future clients.
Requirements
