Business Support & Strategic Agreements Lead (Supply Department)

Plans and implements strategic agreements to support the plant operations. Plans, implements and supervises the business support activities and coordinate system improvement initiatives.

Responsible for the tendering, negotiations and award of key strategic and long term agreements including those with key Original Equipment manufacturers assigned by HOC.

Compilation/Monitor expiring on-going agreements & renew expiring agreements on time in accordance to procedure & procurement strategies.

Prepare Management Information Report as & when necessary & as requested by the management. Gather data, prepare reports or summarize information. KPIs and reporting.

Utilize KPI Measures, monitor & review to ensure that progress is in line with plan. Support HOC for identifying gaps & propose corrective action wherever necessary for continuous improvement, individual and department performance.

Managing benchmarking, leveraging on best practices worldwide in O&G sector for improving service levels by gathering information through contacts, visits and shareholder experiences.

Assist HOC for development of realistic Annual procurement plan for contracts for Services by reviewing & analysing SAP database and to develop tender strategies. Continuous review with users to ensure alignment with the procurement plan.

Identify improvement opportunities, develop action plan and implementation. As & when required, provides guidance and input to the SAP R/3 MM software development.

Business Lead for the exercise for Development, implementation and enhancement of an automated Contract Lifecycle Management system specifically over the next three to five year period of development and implementation.

Compilation and review of performance of Contractors. Explore & identify new sources of supply in order to bring more advantage for the organization.

Co-ordinate for issue of Customer satisfaction surveys, collect and analyse feedback to evolve implementation plan with HOC.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering/Science, commercial discipline or equivalent.
10 years' varied Contracts experience in varied industries including experience in the oil/gas energy industry.
Prior exposure to Companywide management system improvement programs and e-business programs.
High standard of both written & spoken English, good mathematical acumen and effective communication skills
Good Coaching, Facilitation skills and clear vision.
Knowledge and experience in the use of computer software and systems.
