The RoleThe RoleREPORTS TO VP Reporting to the Investment Committee, the key expectations from the incumbent are the following: 1- Scanning the market for viable opportunities. 2- Strategic Analysis. 3- Identify opportunities for Acquisitions, Greenfield Projects and Joint Ventures in various sectors and countries. 4- Conduct comprehensive due-diligence on the sector and business including commercial, financial, legal, and others as necessary. 5- Evaluate and present proposals to the management. 6- Negotiate deals on the agreed investment opportunities. 7- Liaise with government bodies, consultants and other external agencies as necessary. 8- Support post investment activities as necessary. |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience required 1- Engineer with strong commercial and financial qualifications. 2- Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in Corporate Planning or Business Strategy functions in large family groups, reputed consulting firms or investment banks. 3- GCC experience would be preferred. Education and background • Bachelors Degree as a minimum • Excellent communication and organizational skills |
