Job description / Role
The client is one of the largest multinational food service / catering companies globally. They are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to retain and grow existing business with their top tier clients across the entire business.
The Strategic Partnership Manager's responsibility is to support Strategic Partnership Directors (SPD's) and Operations to retain and grow existing business. To assist SPD's and Operators develop and deliver sales initiatives to support the business objectives and retain business through commercial and financially focussed tender and bid responses.
Speaking with top tier clients on multiple levels.
Providing feedback to the operations team regarding retention and growth opportunities.
Creating and enforcing annualretention and growth plans regarding top tier clients.
Write tenders when necessary.
Requirements
The ideal candidate absolutely must have the following:
10 years experience in an Operations function within the Food Service industry
Exceptionally good people skills - able to influence various internal departments
Western OR extensive western work experience
