Job description / Role
Our client is a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia thats going through a period of restructuring. As Performance Manager in Strategy, you'll display a very high level of competency in business development, as well as a good understanding of internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Delivering in the capacity of work stream manager on projects that focus on strategy development, KPI design, initiatives roadmap, organization performance assessment and systems/tools implementation.
- Designing and establishing corporate goal-setting strategies and coordinating appropriate training sessions.
- Developing and maintaining effective performance measurement and reporting mechanisms.
- Providing guidance and feedback to clients in regard to performance issues.
- Reviewing performance measurement techniques.
- Recommending improvement to Key Performance Indicators.
- Collecting, documenting and reporting actual performance results for planned targets and initiatives.
- Reviewing strategic objectives, business priorities and targets and initiatives.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy formulation and in organizational performance management. You'll also have strong client delivery and engagement management experience.
Your experience could come from management consulting or in house within financial services.
A Saudi National is required.
