Strategic Planning Consultant - Engineering & Development - KSA

A recognized leading technology solutions provider in KSA is seeking a Strategic Planning Consultant to lead the implementation of the Engineering & Development (E&D) strategies in line with the organizational strategy to provide its customers with highly innovative technical solutions in the short, medium and long term.

Responsibilities:
They are seeking someone who will participate with E&D management in defining what sub areas are to be targeted out of the strategic areas defined by the strategy
Defining what capabilities to be built in E&D vs what capabilities to be outsourced
Study the local market and define the potential customers
Define the E&D strategy and objectives and plan / manage tactics and initiatives need to implement the strategy

Requirements

- You must have 8 years experience in orchestrating projects and organisational change projects
- Required knowledge in Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Industry Trends Analysis and Market Research

Experience in some strategic areas such as:
- Military and Defence, Security - Cyber, Information Security or Homeland Security, IT - Integration, Enterprise Solutions or Applications Integration
