Employment: Full Time

A Strategic Planning Manager is required to join one of the largest family owned companies in the UAE.

Our Client has over 40 years business operations with a presence in more than 20 countries. The Group has expertise in the food, resources, real estate, construction and investments sectors. You will work as part of the Construction team using your strategy planning skills to act as a business partner for the construction company leadership.

As the Strategic Planning Manager, you will play a key role in the definition, planning and realization of value enhancing strategies for improved operational and financial performance for the construction company.

Tasks will include:
Strategic Planning (20%) strategy plan approvals with agreed timelines.
Portfolio Management (20%) portfolio approval and initiatives within agreed timelines, with translation of strategic and operational plans into a prioritized set of value enhancing initiatives.
Strategy Execution (60%) - delivery of initiatives on schedule, within budget with benefits realizations.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, your approach will require quantitative, organization and project management, strategy development and execution skills with strong conceptual and analytical thinking and execution capabilities in complex construction situations to balance a strategic big-picture perspective with the focus on critical initiative details.

A minimum of 10 years experience with a minimum of 4 years experience in the program, strategic planning, execution of construction projects in the GCC market;
