Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

BSC Framework Execution:
- Preparation of BSC presentations based on the data provided by the Department Heads.
- Helping Department Heads to conduct internal review meetings.
- Formulate strategize to improve performance based on the financial results analysis of finance Department.
- Conduct strategy review meetings based on financial results.
- Working with Department Heads to define meetings outcome initiatives.
- Consolidating the progress report of initiatives and reporting to the management.
- Develop and define strategic KPIs measures across departments by defining the measures and helping departments heads on the implementation of agreed strategic measures.
- Create a feasible performance review for all operations and support departments to improve daily working performance.
- Review monthly/quarterly variances across departments and submit them to the Sr. Planning manager, departments heads and president.
- Review monthly and support departments plan in order to support mid-term business planning and guide operational planer.
- Create monthly/ quarterly executive summary reports for the management, President.
- Support Supervisor- Strategic Planning to link operation KPIs with strategic KPIs.
- Assign Strategic related tasks to planners as agreed with Supervisor Operation & Performance Planning.

Business Planning:
- Facilitate the Business Planning Process in coordination with the Finance Team.

Coordination:
- Coordinate with OSM at corporate for Arasco Group consolidation of reporting.
- Coordinate with Corporate Shared Services for collecting and consolidating reporting of related initiatives.
- Responsible for ERP BI results and analyzing and identify gaps in ERP master data for strategic purposes.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in any business stream, industrial engineering or Agricultural economics.
- Knowledge of BSC is required.
- 2 years of experience in strategy & business planning in a reputed manufacturing organization is desirable.

Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (MS-Excel, MS-power point, MS-word, & MS-Outlook).
- Working knowledge of tools for planning & development.
