Job description / Role
The Administration Group provides leadership and guidance in the formulation and implementation of the Company's HR & A policies and programs to promote efficient and effective people management in an organizational environment. The group provides value added and innovative HR & A strategic and operational solutions by acting as business enabler to achieve the Company's planned objectives and strategies.
* Conducting training programs to assessors & awareness program tom employees for design & implementation of the performance management system for effective performance appraisals and fair & consistency in application.
* Designing & Implementing the structured performance management cycle in Goal Setting, Intermediate review, designing decisions, actions and planning resulting from reviews and feedback.
* Ensuring that Performance Contracts are timely & duly completed and submitted.
* Communicating the outcomes to the respective departments for their necessary needs.
* Participating in future improvements of Performance Management systems & Provide suggestions.
* Supporting HR in designing the HR Business Plan and Balanced Scorecard based on Corporate BSC and manage the process of communicating to HR staff containing dates, timeliness and key milestones to meet objectives and implement strategies.
* Devising reporting mechanisms to track progress towards goals and the effectiveness of HR strategies for monthly reporting and ad-hoc reports.
* Updating the BSC monthly status and ensure to provide justification of each KPI, as well as presents the status in the Admin Monthly meetings.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
* Minimum 10 years diversified experience in HR Functions and minimum 5 years specialized expertise in Performance Management.
* High level of proficiency in EnglishÂÂ
* Advanced in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
