Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose and Scope:
To facilitate in developing a robust group business strategy in conjunction with various business heads and continuously monitor the performance of the businesses while ensuring profitability & growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
- To help build business strategies of the Group in terms of Trading, Manufacturing and Retail for continued success and enhanced growth of the businesses.
- To review current Business Plans, develop objectives and design initiatives for delivery and success.
- Translate Strategic Objectives, Initiatives to business profits ( P/L) and manage the way forward.
- Evaluate if objectives of the companies are viable, profitable, and realistic and ensure they are achieved.
- Devise a system of tracking and managing current objectives and initiate new developmental activities for the future.
- To discuss with all entity business heads and in collaboration develop strategies for the respective business with clear road maps and advice them for effective implementation and achievements.
- Provide support to senior management, entities and Support Services to develop KPI's aligned to the overall group strategy and work towards the achievement of a common goal.
- Continuously monitor the developed strategies with metrics of measurements and provide corrective actions wherever course corrections are required.
- Regularly keep abreast of the markets trends and scan the environment for capitalizing opportunities while benchmarking the performance of Critical Processes against competitors and best-in-class companies.
- Analyze Revenue Management, Revenue Accounting and any other company information sources and deploy demand/inventory strategies to improve route revenue performance.
- Identify Risks on Investments, analyze and develop mitigating alternatives for the group.
- Oversee the preparation and ensure reliable, timely, and accurate reporting on financial performance, efficiency and investments.
- Reporting to top management on Key Process Performance Indicators and performance against agreed objectives & SLA's.

Requirements

- Engineering Degree with Masters in Strategic Management.
- Up to years in a strategic role designing and implementing business strategy with proven track record of demonstrated success & delivery.
- Good understanding of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Methodology, with experience of developing and implementing Balance Scorecards (BSC).
- Exposure to UAE / GCC markets preferable.
- Highly analytical with sound decision making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and result orientation
- High degree of interpersonal relations skills.
- Familiar with Statistical tools / techniques and Business Applications.
