Employment: Full Time

A Strategy Business Consultant is responsible for conducting business / operational analysis and supporting the design and implementation of a new strategy, operating model or other domain in scope. This position participates in the design and drives the completion of project deliverables, as well as problem-solving with client and business solution/functional experts independently. In this position, the Business Consultant is acquiring expertise in a particular specialty, either business or industry. The Business Consultant has daily contact with operational level client staff for information and data collection and likely participates in client meetings and workshops. This position provides training and guidance to junior personnel.

Responsibilities may include:
- Conducts analysis and research e.g. for markets, financial matters, efficiency, effectiveness , productivity, products and services, as-is processes, organization, IT solutions and physical operating facilities.
- Contributes to client engagement delivery by preparing and supporting the conduction of interviews and workshops, prepares engagement documentation.
- Prepares deliverable documentation.
- Supports business development and proposal efforts by assisting with the development of written content of proposals.
- Supports, and may contribute directly to, engagement financial management.
- Organizes and analyzes information for development and delivery of presentations.
- Meets or exceeds team managers and clients expectations by delivering timely and high quality services and deliverables.
- Contributes to development of new work for an existing or new client.
- Build trusted relationship with his/her peers in the client side.
- Participates in client meetings and leads working-level meetings.
- Builds expertise in a specific Business industry/function/domain.

Requirements

- Master's Degree with 2-5 years relevant work experience from consulting or relevant industry.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of related industry, domain or functional business solutions from one or more of the following.
- Government (1-3 government sectors).
- Strategy and operating model definition and design (services, organization, process, IT architecture and physical operating facilities).
- IT Solution definition, design, procurement and project management.
- Supply chain and operations development.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and information processing and development skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Shows ability take initiative and guide the work of more junior team members.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and multi-task to produce quality client deliverables.
- Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required; Access beneficial).
- Excellent attention to detail..
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English language skills.
