Strategy Consultant Role based in Dubai
The Company
A boutique Strategy Consulting firm based in Dubai is currently looking to grow its team. They are currently an experienced team of strategy consultants with an impressive pedigree with the top global strategy houses. It is a really exciting time for them with a very strong pipeline of work. Although their base location is in Dubai the majority of their projects are actually in Iraq. Iraq is a country that is experiencing huge growth and economic success and thus the projects are extremely interesting and wide ranging.
The Role
They are currently looking for Senior Associates and Engagement Managers from the top consulting firms to join their business. The candidate must be an Arabic speaker and have a really interest in Iraq and its future success. The projects will include the following:
Market Entry Strategy
M&A identification
Growth Strategy
Target Operating Model Design
Business Transformation
Strategic Research
Requirements
The Person
The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with a background in management consultancy. They will have worked for one of the large players in the consulting space either in strategy or transformation. They will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have a desire to be based in Dubai but work on projects in Iraq. Due to the locations of the projects the role will involve travel.
