Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the Strategy and EPMO Module Manager role is to drive the transformational change across the Organization in line with the Board approved strategies and plans.

The job holder takes a lead role in ensuring:
* That the strategies, different strategic and tactical decision are communicated, understood and actioned in a coordinated and planned manner
* That the Module compliant with the approved governance to deliver the Organizations Strategy

Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities will be to:
* Provide analytical support to the Head of Strategy and EPMO on a diverse range of strategic topics and transformational activities. This will encompass all elements of strategy and business transformation activities including strategic planning and business case development, customer, product and distribution analysis, portfolio reviews and market intelligence
* Defining and preparing information to support strategic and tactical decision making by developing analysis, statistics, measures with benchmarking the Banks position against external data sources
* Ensure that Module Leaders implement their strategies in a planned and sustainable fashion across the Bank. Give advice and counsel Module Leaders without owning the projects themselves on ensuring the consistency of the plan structure and content
* Ensure that all module plans are aligned to the Modules and Organizations Board approved Strategy and the prioritization within the plans is aligned to the expectation of the Organization
* Play an active role in supporting Module Teams in the identification, management and control of risks/ issues relating to module and cross modules that are affecting the Banks activities and/or objectives. Additionally, highlight capacity, pacing, resourcing issues and any other red flag issues requiring leadership attention
* Ensure timelines are adhered to for initiatives and escalating delays or risks/ issues concerning implementation activities
* Support Module teams in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, accelerating transformation and value creation to drive toward required outcomes
* Custody and administration of the Change Control Management Process
* Custody and control Modules project plans and ensure accuracy and quality of linkages. Develop and administer the project plans for different initiatives when needed
* Where required, handle operational responsibilities of meetings
* Support the ongoing development and promotion of a positive corporate culture which reflects the values of the Organization
* Act as an ambassador of the Organizations strategy through promoting the vision of the Bank, acting in line with the Organizations values and building a positive reputation
* Collate information related to the strategy and implementation progress from the different divisions within the bank and develop reports based on Manger's requirements.
* And provide detailed and accurate reports with exceptional quality to the Board of Directors, Steering Committee and all other relevant bodies within the agreed timeframe, as and when required by the Head of Strategy and EPMO
* Coordinate and minute the Project Management team meeting on a weekly basis.
* Review and adjust documents for quality and tidiness
* Handle incoming mails, telephone calls, enquiries, and/ or requests
* Conduct weekly meetings with Module Leaders to monitor their Modules progress
* Steer Support Modules in developing required content as per the request of Senior Management
* Steer and coordinate the activities of assigned Task Forces
* Support the Head of Strategy & EPMO in managing assigned Working Groups

Salary range: BHD 1500 - BHD 2800 & benefits & bonus.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
* Candidates will need to demonstrate a blend of talents and skills, including intellectual ability, excellent analytical skills with the capability to preform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses, imagination and creativity, judgment and maturity, curiosity interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and demonstrated leadership
* Willing to work long hours and frequent weekends to ensure the successful delivery of the target objectives
* Degree (Bachelors and/ or Master degree or equivalent from a top tier Business or Engineering University)
* Minimum of five years of work experience in industry or leading strategy consulting firms or investment banks
