Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the role will focus Support Sales and Marketing Director to prioritize, develop and refresh key business strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identify and report trends in the housing and infrastructure market.
2. Develop business case for strategy that includes key assumptions, planned ROI, risks and upside to plan, etc.
3. Analyze relevant data such as competitive information, industry trends, and historical performance to develop sound forecasts in support of plans.
4. Identifies and analyzes possible strategic alliances, local acquisitions and opportunities for licensing-in in close coordination with other functions.
5. Leads the adhoc negotiation team and serves as primary negotiator to put in place the appropriate contracts.
6. Leads and coordinates Business Development projects, ensures the commitment of Management and all concerned functions; conduct feasibility studies for the projects, develops roll-out plans, secures timelines.
7. Define and track key strategic performance metrics to drive and track the strategy deployment process.
8. Based on extensive research and analysis develop short term and long-term strategic plans.
9. Lead the management of change through continuous improvement of processes and policies.
10. Identify resources, including systems requirements needed to build and maintain the strategies.
11. Build a strong understand of social and economic changes in the Saudi Markets relevant to building material sector.
12. Maintain project plans, milestone metrics and timeline to implement new projects or process.
13. Maintain reports used to update stakeholders on progress and any risks identified.
14. Analyze financial reports and revenue plans.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business with a major of Economics or Finance
2. Masters Degree is preferred.
3. 5 - 8 years experience with at least 5 years in a similar role.
4. Proven track record of the ability to negotiate work in a multi cultural environment.
5. Experience and/or strong knowledge of the housing and infrastructure market is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of valuation techniques and feasibility studies.
7. Ability to understand and apply data analytical tools.
8. Experience in strategic and business planning.
9. PC Skills: Power point, excel and word is mandatory.
10. Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
