Strategy Manager

Job description / Role

A well respected Dubai based group has an excellent opportunity for a Strategic Initiative Manager- Construction & Real Estate.

This position involves both strategy (40-50%) and Execution (50-60%). The role will be extremely varied due to the spread of investments across the group - FMCG, Retail, Real Estate & Construction being the main areas - As well as the extensive Middle East and Africa FMCG investments the group own a mall, commercial and residential property.

The purpose of this position is to act as a Strategic Business Partner for the company to enable the definition, planning and realization of value enhancing strategies for improved operational and financial performance. You will act as a consultant to the internal stakeholders and business unit heads. This position will be specialized in Construction, Properties and Real Estate in the Middle East.

Requirements

Experience of working within the Middle East real estate or construction industry
Extensive consultancy experience
Experience of working with Booz & Co / Bain or similar
University educated, ideally an MBA
