Job description / Role
As Senior Consultant, you will be supporting the development and delivery of best-in-class consulting solutions and bring experience as well as a creative and intellectual approach to solution design and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of project work streams, from solution design & activity planning, to successful delivery and knowledge capture.
Tackling complex business problems as part of a wider consulting engagement, designing and implementing solutions.
Continuous development of consulting services and sector-specific offerings.
Design, positioning and sales support to complex business solutions that integrate complementary professional disciplines.
Requirements
Experience Needed:
3 - 7 years experience/content knowledge and demonstrable track record of leading Change Implementation projects in at least one of the following sectors: Property, Utilities, Infrastructure, Heavy Industrial (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Steel, Petrochemicals), Retail and Government sector
Candidates must be degree holders.
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication skills - ability to present formal / informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner.
Ability to engage and influence at all levels of stakeholder, both internally and external.
