Job description / Role
Structural design of roadway structures including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, etc.
Coordinates production of relevant drawings and their release for the execution of works.
Perform complex engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately using appropriate computer software.
Supports the review and checks of bridge designs including BOQ checks and reviews and/or prepares responses to RFIs related to assigned design and construction projects.
Requirements
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with minimum 5 years solid experience in the field of designing bridges, tunnels, underpasses and transportation related structures using AASHTO LRFD and other international design standards.
Thorough working knowledge in Microstation and structural design software including SAP, CONBOX or similar.
Preferred candidate that have experience in design of projects in the Gulf region.
