Structural Design Engineer

Job description / Role

We are looking for a European Structural Design Engineer to work for a main contractor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

As a Senior Structural Design Engineer you will be responsible for the coordination of the structural design with the clients Structural Consultant. Check detailed structural design if design and build contract production and coordinating of shop drawings (sometimes with external partners).
- Civil Works
- Earthworks
- Foundations and retaining systems
- Concrete shop drawings
- Rebar shop drawings
- Steel structures

Requirements

- Must be EU National
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and at least 10 years of relevant working experience of which 3 as a Senior Structural Design Engineer
You have worked on complex building works before (High Rise Towers, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, etc)
- You identify with our core competencies by possessing an entrepreneurial mind, showing flexibility, being innovative and result-oriented while promoting teamwork
- You equally possess excellent communication skills, an analytical mind and you are client focused
- You are fluent in English (speech and writing).
