Responsible for architectural plan, design, drawing, including General layout, plan, elevation, section drawing.

Responsible for making preliminary scheme design

Structural designer Work experience more than 5 years

With knowledge about draining, electrical ect.

Fluent English skill

Good skills in CAD; 3DMAX ;Photoshop, etc.

Requirements

1. Communication with client, collect the requirement and analyze, consulting and guide company to negotiate or discuss with customer about the building scheme

2. Output scheme design or blueprint based on customer’s requirement and project requirement

3. Structural designer can analyze the building structure, consulting material of local market ,make a conclusion of construction cost, guide company to make correct bidding price and delivery period
