Student Services Manager

Job description / Role

Reporting to the Principal you will be responsible for:

• Contacting local schools with marketing and student recruitment campaigns.
• Engage with and arrange visits to schools, colleges and recruitment events such as careers/Higher Education fairs.
• Design and deliver talks, presentations and work shops to prospective students
• Plan, coordinate and host personal visits and recruitment related events for individuals or groups.
• This will include prospective students, parents, teachers and careers advisers.
• Liaise with Schools and Colleges across the Kingdom in order to maintain existing relationships and expand the network.
• Manage day-to-day enquiries from prospective students, parents and teachers.
• Ensure that enquiries are dealt with promptly and effectively.
• Undertake regular evaluation of all recruitment activities, monitor their effectiveness and provide recommendations on improvements to the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any subject
• Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field such as counselling, customer service,
• Five years’ experience of working within a student services environment in a further education(TVET) or higher education context
• At least two years’ experience of managing customer-focused teams and budgets in an education or health context
