On behalf of our client a leading regional business school that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit a Student Support Manager, reporting to the Centre Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Student Support Administrators and Assistants, oversee the administration of the blended learning administration for the Middle East Centre, carry out projects to develop and improve services in liaison with the Senior Programme Administrator in the UK
Requirements
The successful candidate must be educated to MBA standard, have experience of managing or supervising staff within a business school, experience of delivering excellent customer service, demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and flexibility in working arrangements.
