Studio Manager,
AED 12,000 per month,
Dubai, UAE

Our client, an expanding retail organisation, based in Dubai. They are currently seeking a Studio Manager.

Some responsibilities will include:

Manage the photography studio including all necessary equipment and people
Deliver a high volume of accurate, appealing and aesthetic product photographs every week to be uploaded on to our clients website
Be responsible for the overall management of the photography studio, equipment, props, stock and supplies
Lead the team in regards to team building and training, coaching and recruitment
Cope with seasonal peaks in product photograph productions based on delivery cycles
Plan, communicate and monitor photography production schedules on a day to day basis and ensure on time delivery of weekly product photography production targets
Provide long term planning of resources for significant seasonal peaks and longer term business growth
Act as primary liaison between the photo studio and other departments
Produce editorial photography for Marketing when required
Ensure no more than 3% of your images are reshot per week

Requirements

Criteria:

Educated to certificate level relevant
Strong and proven Administration skills highly organized with attention to detail essential
GCC and UAE Experience ideal
Currently residing in the UAE
Previous experience in studio environment producing high volume and high quality product photographs in a production line type of environment
Proven experience with digital cameras and lighting
Ideally experience with photography for the web
High technical proficiency in Photoshop
Strong understanding of lighting and color correction
Experience in managing a team of photo and post production assistants to ensure a time efficient and results oriented process flow
