The RoleThe RoleSub Contracts Engineer Provide technical and project execution services Implement Group Global Procurement/Sub contract Policy Sub Contracting of Construction packages/LSTK Implements the Quality Management System Functionally reports to: Construction Department Manager / Site Manager Review of Technical project specifications Estimation of Material ,Equipment Services and performance requirement Development of Tender Documents Develops tender budget and forecasts Floating and handle subcontract enquiries Review of subcontracts proposal Commercial Bid Evaluation Subcontract negotiations Development of bid tabulations and recommends choice of subcontractor Development of Subcontract Agreement and Award of Subcontract Agreement Analysis and Preparation of Contractual Letters between Contractor and Subcontractor Coordination with Subcontractors and site related matters Subcontract Monitoring Analysis, Monitoring & Expedite the Subcontract Milestone Completion Analysis, Monitoring & Expedite the Subcontract Payment Schedules Coordination with Project Engineering Team Subcontract Claim Analysis and Finalization Subcontract Dispute resolution Monitoring and communicates contract's progress Subcontract Close-out. |
RequirementsRequirements Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline Minimum Ten years experience Sub contract of Engineering services Experience Sub Contract administration in Offshore / Oil & Gas Conversant with Sub Contracting of Construction packages/LSTK in EPIC companies |
