Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Supervisor - BeBe - Doha, Qatar

As part of the sales management team you will be responsible for maximising the store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls.

You will assist in delivering the highest levels of motivation and development of team members to ensure all store targets are met / exceeded. You will make recommendations on the store layout and stock positioning and give feedback on certain lines and best-sellers.

Requirements

Ideally you will have 3 years retail experience, within fashion preferred. Education to High School level or equivalent with good communication and numerate skills would be an advantage.

Previous management experience is preferred along with an in depth knowledge of a commercial concern and store operations.
