Supervisor Hard Landscape
With reference to the Senior Project Manager the candidate will be responsible for:
Plan and manage the daily tasks on the construction projects.
Supervise that all work are done according to the specifications and program.
Ensure that various materials are ordered in proper time.
Ensure that all machinery and equipment are available on site.
Ensure proper manpower are available on site and both manpower and machinery are working in a productive manner.
Liaise and contact with the client / consultant / main contractor (or its representative) on daily basis.
Submit time sheet and other necessary reports.

Requirements

The candidate we are looking for has the following qualifications:
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in external civil works i.e. walls, kerbs; paving, manholes, roads.
Minimum 3 years working experience in UAE.
Valid UAE driving license and good English skills - speaking and writing.
Good level of computer literacy with MS-Office, Auto-CAD etc.
