Supervisor - Operations Services - Starbucks - Bahrain

The Role:
As a Supervisor - Operations Services, you will supervise different functions within your specific division to achieve business goals and objectives.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintain internal systems to ensure quality and continuity of standards including the delivery of internal and external service level agreements
* Report and investigate key financial information for the operations team
* Develop systems, processes and financial reports for the Operations team to drive business profitability
* Collect information to identify and optimise performances
* Act as a link between the Operations Teams and Head office
* Liaise with the functional departments.

Requirements

* At least 1 year of cross functional team participation
* 1 to 2 years' of project management experience
* 2 to 3 years' experience as Store Manager level is preferable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate.
