Supervisor - Pumps - City Management - AFGRE - Cairo - Egypt

Spanning 3 million square meters Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

We are seeking to hire a Supervisor - Pumps to follow up and take the responsibility of  the operation & maintenance of sewage & water pumping stations inside Cairo Festival City, your Job Responsibilities will be including and not limited to:

* Ensure that utilities are delivered to clients as per design and requirements.
* Ensure maintaining a high level of technical services.
* Closely monitor the implementation of maintenance programs, reports and results.
* Closely monitor the performance of third party services providers.
* Handle and execute client's requests and complaints as received from CFC help desk.

Requirements

As a Supervisor - Pumps; you have to demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

* Holder of an Industrial Diploma / Bachelor degree or any relevant discipline.
* 10-15 Years of experience in handling sewage & water pumping stations operation & maintenance in large scale developments.
* Experience in handling contractors and/or service providers.
* Good Computer's Skills.
* Good English Language Skills.
