The RoleThe RolePulse International is looking for an Arabic speaking, Supervisor of Recruitment Services for a major hospital group in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh and responsible to the Director of Corporate Administrative and Support Recruitment Services, the post holder will supervise and coordinate all activities relating to staff recruitment for the hospitals and related facilities within the group. Apart the main hospital in Riyadh there are medical facilities in Al Ahsa, Dammam and Jeddah. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business, Health Care Management, Hospital Administration or equivalent. He / she will have at least four years experience in Recruitment / Human Resources of which two years should have been in a supervisory role.
