Supervisor – Reporting (Financial)

Job description / Role

ROLE PURPOSE:

To aid, prepare & compile periodic financial statements for periodic review and recommend the line manager to improve / enhance the various reports from time to time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Compile consolidated and stand-alone reports for all entities under Company to ensure timely submission of periodic reports by all entities under company.
• Compile & submit working papers to aid preparation of Financial Statements for review by the Reporting & credit Section Head.
• Compile individual budget to aid preparation of consolidated Budget for all the entities under the company.
• File and track Tax, Company returns & statutory filings in all regions where the company is operating to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
•Perform any other relevant tasks in line with the direct supervisor’s directives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent field from an accredited institution
• Good understanding of business process flows to suggest improvements / technology absorption etc.
• 3 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Strong Skills in MS Office Tools especially MS Excel / MS Word with advanced Macros functionality.
• Strong command for English.
• Financial forecasting
