Job description / Role
* Achieve excellent standards of customer service in the department by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor.
* Resolve customer complaints effectively escalating only the crucial ones to the Store Manager for appropriate re-dressal.
* Ensure that company standards of grooming, presentation and professional conduct are set and maintained.
* Motivate team members to achieve shared goals and acknowledge team and individual successes
* Provide on the job training and induction to new staff in order to integrate them to the department team.
* Support the Store Manager in development of the team.
* Monitor the stock in the department and inform the Store Manager of any depleting stocks, stock loss to take corrective action.
* Ensure the department is merchandised commercially and visually as per the guidelines provided by Store Manager
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping with regards to clean and organized displays, fitting rooms and stock areas

Requirements
* High school / O Levels
* Computer literacy
* Pleasant personality with good grooming
* Knowledge of spoken and written English essential
* 2-3 years experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment
