Job description / Role
We are seeking a Supplier performance development manager to implement supplier performance for Lafarge, a leader in building materials. You would be required to monitor and develop tools to benefit from suppliers and ensure supply chain policy implementation within the department.

Your key responsibilities will be to create procurement/ logistics processes, improve supplier lists & develop suppliers, provide weekly/ monthly reports, develop & grow services, benchmark and carry out market surveys of suppliers to achieve optimum productivity, ensure continuous improvement & cost savings. You would be required to work closely with various stakeholders make sure that all the processes are in line with ISO standards.

Requirements
- 6-10 years commercial/ supply chain/ plant/ sourcing/ logistics experience in Cement (preferably) / Heavy / Oil &Gas/ FMCG/ Pharma Industries
- Bachelors degree Civil / Structural Engineering
- Good Communication, Leadership & Negotiation skills
- Coordination & Planning skills
