Working within the family of companies, the role of Supply Chain Analyst will cover the supply coordination together with the supply chain specialist to guarantee business continuity. The role will bring processes, structure and documentation on all critical business practices of MEA. Core responsibilities will be broken down into three areas:
• Sox
perform Sox testing, assess internal weaknesses and recommend solutions, improve and maintain controls documentation, ensure compliance with management objectives and company policies, promote sharing of best financial processes across EMEA and contract administration
• Demand & Inventory Analysis
extract, analyze data from distributor inventory to feedback on business decisions, analyze historical data to ensure best demand planning pattern based on input from inventory analysis and current stock situation, order projection, improve forecast accuracy and sales and operation analysis versus all set up and demand and supply plans.
• Supply Chain & Logistics
Coordination of all the Supply Chain related activities for major strategic countries, identifies, locates, obtains and arranges shipment of requested SKU’s per country, determine country allocations based on available inventory and in-transit inventory, respond to enquiries regarding distribution and shipping, and perform monthly reporting.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), with excellent analytical and strong administration skills is required coupled with the ability to prioritize and schedule assignments and requests accordingly and manage all requirements simultaneously.
Strong, proven negotiator, with great attention to detail
Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a dynamic and focused team
To be considered for the role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Business Administration. Excellent computer skills, especially advanced Excel experience ( V-look-ups, pivot tables and macros) are necessary and a test will be administered at interview stage. Supply Chain analysis experience of not less than three years with SOX compliance and six sigma knowledge a considerable advantage.
