Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain professional within the Oil & GAS Sector to be based in Kurdistan. Reporting to the Head of the division you will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain and Contracting team and managing relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Supplier relationship management to develop long-term partnerships with suppliers/Contractors and provides a highly skilled communications link between supply chain shareholders.
• Establishes subcontract/package strategy, long list, bidders list, short list, inquiry documents and to perform bid evaluation.
• Prepares purchase orders and subcontract documents.
• Maintains contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, indemnities, guarantees, status reports and other documents.
• Implements company quality and operational efficiency best practices.
• Manages stock level adjustment and control, in transit and on order purchasing, forecast enduser demands, Inventory reviews.
• Mentors and coaches team
• Conducts performance appraisals

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain is essential
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Supply Chain departments with at least 5 year experience in oil and gas production facility
• Supplier relationship management experience within the Oil & Gas sector in the region
• International contracting experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
