Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our Finance, Accounting & Auditing functions are providers of timely and accurate financial information, reports and support to the organization, regulators, shareholders and partners to allow for effective and efficient management and control, while ensuring the safety and integrity of our assets.
Reporting to the Business Controller Manager, you will be part of Finance function and you will be responsible for:

* Preparing analyses and present to senior management the financial simulations for various balancing options, taken into account the needs of the different Market Centers and regions, and constraints from 3PL contracts, etc.

* Providing adequate advice to the SVP SC based on the financial simulations in order to maximize the integrated material flow profit, ROCE, and cash flow

* Contributing to achieve the best possible balance between the commercial strategy of the different countries/region and the respective distribution strategy of all hubs/agents at all Borouge locations

* Making the overall consolidation of the current and the forecasted Supply chain results

* Preparing monthly reporting with respective analysis and demonstration of gap/corrective actions

* Supporting business plan process, providing detailed information on logistics costs per ton

* Tracking the execution of the supply chain strategy.

* Providing ad hoc analysis/support for business case such as new hubs, investment, etc, project of B2015, etc.

* BSC - defining and driving KPI's for supply chain and provide monthly tracking

* Optimizing systems flow and improve logistics costs reporting transparency in BW.

Requirements

* Masters (M.Sc.) degree preferably in Finance / Accounting /Business Administration with an MBA

* A minimum of 10 years or more of relevant experience

* Middle East and/or Asia Pacific experience is preferred

* Proven track record in managing in multicultural environment

*
Experience from the chemicals / petrochemicals industry

* Experience with SAP

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent financial skills
