Job description / Role
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their established commercial team in Dubai.
Main duties include:
Checking letter of credit
Verifying accuracy of bill of lading
Coordinating and obtaining all additional documents required by the customer.
Providing sources with accurate loading information
Coordination of inspections
Maintain close relationship with customers, sources, sales force and third party service providers.
Timely Order Entry
Availability informations
Order tracking
Backorder information
Manage claims
Requirements
Fluency in Arabic Essential
Based in the UAE
Strong Customer Skills
