Employment: Full Time

Rolls Royce requires Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) in Taif, Saudi Arabia.

The SCC works under the direction of the Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Defence Programme Manager. SCC is the primary contact in KSA for EJ200 logistics (engines/Modules/LRIs, containers, AGE, tooling, spares and repair parts) and material availability including spare parts to support the in country engine support and repair workscope to meet the SSS P2 contract obligations.

The SCC is required to liaise with the Fleet Manager, Operations Manager and Eurojet/EJPC to coordinate the supply chain/logistic activities in accordance with the Fleet Management short and long term plans and day to day Operational requirements. Ensuring that cross communication is covered and handoffs / responsibilities are clear.

Key responsibilities will include:

• In country Inventory/stock control and stocking policy/ service in the planned locations, supporting committed customer service levels in line with forecast to protect the contract obligations including in country repair suppliers.
• Usage monitoring and forecasting and changes in accordance with repair policy, ensuring accuracy of usage recording
• Adaptation of usage monitoring and forecasting to reflect the changes to the in country engine repair workscope.
• Spare ordering and tracking using agreed order processing
• Tracking service levels for contracted stocking positions such deployment requirements
• Co-ordination of asset requirement to support the in country engine modification embodiment to support the fleet managers mods embodiment programme
• Asset tracking and reporting, movements
• Preparation and Co-ordination of documentation on receipt and dispatch of each asset movement
• Co-ordination of each movement with the RRSAL logistics provider
• Ensure robust transportation plans that facilitate satisfactory transfer of equipment through the management of RRSAL logistics provider performance
• ITAR control in line with policy provided from Eurojet
• Repair and disposal of equipment and assets in line with the contract requirements / Eurojet/EJPCs policy.
• Managing day-to-day relationship with the suppliers.
• Responsible for managing new and repair part supply criticalities escalating issues as appropriate through the Eurojet respective organization.
• Weekly / monthly reporting on the logistics / spare availability status.

Requirements

Has a proven track record in Supply Chain/Logistic /Spares coordination
Knowledge of processes and transactions used in a Supply Chain
Good inter-personal skills
Ability to manage relationship with suppliers
Experience in reporting and documentation
