Employment: Full Time

An experienced Manager is required by a European multinational Pharmaceutical company to oversee the Supply Chain & Customer Service within the organisation.

This will be based in Dubai; APPLICANTS MUST BE BASED IN THE UAE.

Reporting to the director of the business in the middle east you will manage the processes involved in supply chain, demand forecast, customer service, distribution, sales, and operations planning (e.g. stock management new product introduction / launch, etc.).

Essentially this role leads the co-ordination of processes to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting of the business unit’s trading targets and objectives.

Therefore, an awareness of and strategic response to external and internal influences is vital.

Requirements

The requirements are as follows:

A university degree in Business Administration / Commerce, a degree in Healthcare or Life Science would be considered as a plus.

Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment both from local and international perspectives, and experience in logistics management and a record in sales/ customer service are the key to securing this position.

A minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role is required.
