Supply Chain Executive - Adhesives - GCC
- Provide regular reports & updates to Sales Team on invoicing and backlog levels on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure shortage management is carried out proactively in conjunction with all stakeholders to minimize impact to the business.
- Drive continuous improvement mindset to ensure end customer service level is consistently > 97% and backlog remains minimal or zero.
- Drive regular daily, weekly, monthly, slow mover reduction actions including sell out and scrapping, in order to ensure maximum benefit for Henkels bottom line.
- Optimize inventories in line with the global ambition of 20% reduction year on year.
- Monitor and manage the external customer service team along with complexity reduction project.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or related field. Masters Degree would be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of Professional experience in supply chain, customer service, demand planning, supply planning &/or Logistics.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- SAP Knowledge is a must.
- Excellent Communication / Analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills.
