Job description / Role
The Role is Responsible for:
- Assisting the Supply Chain Manager with transactional support (Order & Documentation Management)
- Collation and Generation of Supply Chain MIS
- Processing of Third Party Invoices and managing the Accruals for the same.
Key Accountabilities:
- Placing orders to affiliates/copackers based on S&OP outputs
- Keeping track of orders, keeping Order Track File updated by following up production dates, loading dates and arrival dates of orders
- Managing all kind of operations in EPICOR and performing necessary transactions to keep EPICOR updated
- Following up with the order documentation; Invoice, pack list, ATR and health Certificate
- Sharing documents with customs broker and forwarder when the order is loaded
- Managing sticker ordering process based on affiliate / copacker shipments
- Keeping track of labeling operation and informing customs broker accordingly to make on-time arrangements for official customs checks
- Organizing all type of VAS operation with LSP
- Organizing Freight Out / Deliveries to Customers
- Issuing invoices to Customer after deliveries. Management of all relevant invoicing processes
- Preparing Sales Reports
- Keeping Part Master Data updated
- Preparing SC KPI reports (CFR, MAPE, Stock Keeping Days, Inventory Value.. etc) on monthly basis

Professional Skills:
Essential knowledge:
- Should have the basic knowledge of Logistics and Planning methodologies.
- Adept in Excel is essential

Experience Required:
- Min. 2 year of experience in a Logistics and Planning environment in an FMCG/Transportation/ Freight Management Sector
