Job description / Role
- Receive the Tracking Report on all orders to ensure that documents are complete set and follow up on missing documents
- Create, Monitor and Close with root cause analysis (A3s, 5 Why etc) on Customer complaints & credit notes
- Receive and Consolidate documents and Ensure that all are courier to the Customer
- Monitor and investigate to ensure that all process and purchase/process and sales orders are fulfilled
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in industrial engineering or any supply chain relevant major
- A minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain
- English fluency is a must
- French and Arabic fluency are an asset
- SAP (Order To Cash, Purchase To Pay, Sales and Distribution, Material Management) and MS Office Knowledge
