Supply Chain Management Coordinator

Purpose of the Job:

The successful applicant is responsible for managing Product and SCM data coordination with customers order forecast and control release and shipment to each country. Also, responsible for Stock management to avoid having aging stock.

Position Responsibilities:
- Product Management & Forecasting from distributors and Sales.
- Complete ownership of current weeks sales.
- Allocation and planning of next 3 weeks.
- Purchase orders.
- Releases and follow up with distributors and SGE.
- Support to Marketing.
- Sales Analysis.
- Market information compilation.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales reports
- Managing Stock Status & Shipment for Distributors
- SCM KPI Management

Requirements

Qualifications
Experience, Education and Licensure

- Preferred Korean speaking.
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Experience in Samsung Product / SCM. But not mandatory.
- The candidate shall be presentable and possess a professional attitude.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Experience in Middle East or African markets preferred.
- Strong quantitative background with an excellent understanding of the issues and processes required to deliver high quality results.
- Adept in all aspects of Supply Chain Management.
- Understanding about Samsung SCM system & Importance of Weekly & Monthly Target.

Language Skills
- Ability to communicate and respond to common inquiries from sales and logistics. department, customers, or members of the business community.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
