The Role


Duties and Responsibilities

AMMROC is going through an exciting growth and transformation phase where we are looking for strong talent to take our business to a world class customer support organization.

•Plan and coordinate the procurement, repair and distribution of assigned assets across all AMMROC support platforms
•Coordinate with Operations, suppliers and repair departments to set priorities and time-lines
•Negotiate and manage lead times and repair turnaround times
•Manage vendor relationships and performance issues
•Control costs and perform price analysis
•Maintain accuracy of purchasing, repair and delivery documents &data
•Be aware of and follow all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, hazardous materials requirements, repair station requirements, FAR’s and DFAR’s and AMMROC Aircraft policies
•Schedule end items within established policies to support customer need dates. Schedule advances while striving to minimize schedule changes by managing under lead time input
•Coordinate with AOG Buyer ad Expeditor(s) and Supplier Development Manager to expedite critical spares deliveries
•Establish performance management processes / systems for spares suppliers. Communicate performance data to suppliers and management
•Develops action plans and follow up activities as requires with quality or other involved groups
•Coordinate with customer service personnel o related material spares issues
•Responds to requests for data as required to support new business

Experience & Education

•BA/BS (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.) is required
•MS/MBA is a plus
•2-3 years of experience in Aerospace industry is required

•Detail oriented and strong analytical abilities
•Excellent communication skills in English Language
•Detail oriented and has extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
•Cultural awareness and sensitivity
•Ability to provide excellent customer service
•Ability to use sound judgment regarding sensitive issues
•Must be multi-tasked, able to handle more than one issue at a time
•Must be familiar with Min/Max levels
