The RoleThe Role To develop a service excellence capability through the recruitment of a first class team and the implementation of best practices, technologies and systems Lead process assessment of existing operations using Six Sigma (or other lean operations discipline) and implement any process re‐engineering required to improve current operations Key stakeholder in supporting companys external growth strategy by supporting M&A processes (mergers & acquisitions) in regional market Actively lead continued business transformations in the areas of IT systems and business process automation Develop and manage key supplier relationships Manage strict compliance and internal procurement control systems Manage dispersed international workforce operating in Middle East, North Africa and Turkey Train and mentor the team in commercial procurement and logistics practices Must be able to communicate effectively internally and externally Understand functions of business development and participate as subject matter expert in new business proposal activities Work closely and in conjunction with the Regional Logistics Department To develop and ensure adherence to procurement and supply chain policies and procedures in line with group guidelines in this regard. RequirementsRequirements Bachelor or Master Degree 5 10 years senior Procurement / SCM experience in Oil & Gas Industry Fluent English - Arabic and / or Turkish is an advantage but not a must MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills / presentation skills Good organizational and planning skills |
