Job description / Role
Morgan McKinley is working with a leading industrial engineering company who are seeking a Supply Chain Manager due to their recent restructure. Reporting to the Managing Director you will manage 4 Direct reports and lead the team in stock management, procurement, warehousing and logistics and implement strategic sourcing strategies.
Requirements
Experience Required
Bachelors Degree in either Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
Minimum of 10 years supply chain & procurement experience in Engineering Industrial sector
P &L management
Experience in managing, mentoring and directing team members
Experience in strategic sourcing
Knowledge of local and International Suppliers
Excellent reporting and Project Management skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication & leadership skills
Capability to build and develop effective Supplier relationships
Knowledge of ERP management system
