Ensure the business always knows where its stock is at a given time.

* Maintain stock and on order information.
* Keep accurate records of market sales data by line.
* Prepare allocation volumes for markets from Logix and agree volumes with Ops teams.
* Places orders based on forecast stock levels, ensuring that these orders are calculated accurately and cost-effectively
* Order products and tracks distribution to all Alshaya Markets for warehouse replenishment
* Ensure accurate stock data (sales, inventory and intake) is maintained
* Review & make recommendations for change in all processes regarding the specific department to improve contribution to the Business
* Act as ambassador for department & company at all times

Requirements


Requirements


* 2 -4 years in retail in a store, logistics or office environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Must be ready to work under pressure
* Should have an easy & outgoing personality
* Experience of using spreadsheets and other PC based packages is essential
