Employment: Full Time

With more than 750 cafs, stores and restaurants the Alshaya Food division offers a range of roles for different hospitality backgrounds. Brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, P.F. Chang's, Pizza Express and Shake Shack provide everything from quick service and casual up to fine dining. We launched many new brands in recent years and have exciting plans for 2015.

The Role:
You will undertake all activities within the Casual Dining department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner. You will be required to review and make recommendations for change in all processes and ensure the department complies with company, local market, legal policies, procedures and guidelines. You will act as an ambassador for your department and the company at all times.

Requirements

* 1-3 years experience of International supply chain management in a retail environment
* Experience and knowledge of merchandise/retail systems
* Experience of managing CSR programs and initiatives
* Advanced knowledge of Excel.
