Supply Chain Planning Manager (Pharma / FMCG) – SAUDI NATIONALS Only

One of the world’s top Pharmaceutical Company is in the lookout for Supply Chain Planning Manager to ensure that the S&OP, forecasting, planning, warehouse and customer service processes are clear-ly defined, constantly optimized, well integrated between the different functions/divisions and executed efficiently on a daily basis. This position is available only for SAUDI NATIONAL will be based on Saudi and reports directly to International Head of Supply Chain

Responsibilities:
• Drive the monthly activity related to the S&OP process, provide monthly timetable, meeting agen-da and follow up.
• Plan the net requirements for the imported products based on forecasts and inventory
• Escalate in case of supply problems
• Execute and help implement strategy for Sourcing, Importation and Distribution of our products in Saudi Arabia
• Support new launches by putting in place the adequate supply chains
• Organize and control the distribution setup
• Organize the monitoring of GMS related productivity statistics versus service standards
• Analyze KPI, perform root cause analysis, drive improvement plans
• Implement and maintain regional and global KPI for Saudi Arabia
• Improve customer service level
• Improve inventory and obsolescence
• Improve forecast accuracy

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
• University degree is a must.
• At least 5 years’ experience in which 3 years are from a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Very good experience in Supply Chain Planning and S&OP process
• Experience in SAP or ERP system is a must
• Experience in managing people.
